Pine Valley Country Club Swim Team-LLC
I am responsible for writing practices, fixing bad habits, improving stroke technique, scheduling swim clinics, and communicating with parents and athletes about a multitude of business dynamics.
I work with all the athletes on the team, however I am the head High School Group coach.
All athletes in this group should be entering either the 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade in the upcoming school year. Athletes entering the high school group display a strong desire to perform at the highest level they are capable of. Training is geared towards individual talents, although a strong aerobic endurance factor is present.

As the Editor-in-Chief I am responsible for managing and communicating with my staff, editing my writers' articles and recruiting new writers every month to join our team.

As a reporter for Voices of Utah, I have focused on writing stories about small businesses in Salt Lake City, Utah. I have conducted interviews, covered the aging beat, pitched and developed story ideas, took photos at events, created slideshows and worked heavily with Wordpress. My experience with Voices of Utah has taught me many lessons. I have learned how to be patient with my writing, letting my brain work at its own pace. I also learned that the world of journalism can be crazy if you don’t stay organized and on top of things. If I were to do a journalism internship I would be very prepared for the fast paced structure that it entails.

I was the coach of the silver group for NORTHWEST AQUATICS CLUB, I taught the fundamentals of swimming and encouraged young swimmers to compete at high levels while still having fun. This by far was my favorite job I've ever had. Unfortunately I had to move back to Salt Lake City for school but I am eager to continue coaching post graduation.
